How to book an airport shuttle
Booking your transfer with Wisab Transfer takes less than 2 minutes. Here's how to proceed, step by step, for a stress-free journey to or from the airport.
1. Enter your journey
Provide your pick-up address and your destination (Brussels, Charleroi, Liège airport…). Our system automatically recognises fixed-price routes.
2. Choose your vehicle
Select the right class — Economy, Business, Minivan or Van Luxury — based on the number of passengers and bags. The price is shown immediately.
3. Enter your details
Add your contact information, your flight number (for real-time tracking) and your options (baby seat, etc.).
4. Confirm & travel
Send your request: we confirm quickly. On the day, your chauffeur waits for you with a name sign.
Our tips
- Book at least 24 h in advance to guarantee availability.
- Always provide your flight number: we track delays at no extra charge.
- For groups, specify the exact number of passengers and bags.
